SOLANO COUNTY FAIR ASSOCIATION CODE OF CONDUCT

The Solano County Fair Association welcomes you to the Solano County Fairgrounds. In order to ensure the safety, security and enjoyment of our guests, each person entering the Fairgrounds is required to comply with our Code of Conduct. Thank you in advance for assisting us in providing a safe and fun fair experience for all. We hope your visit to the 74th Annual Solano County Fair is enjoyable!

  1. All Patrons subject to search.
  2. The Solano County Sheriff’s Office will enforce all Federal Laws, State Laws and County Ordinances.
  3. Be respectful of all Patrons, Guests & Staff.
  4. Any form of violence, including threats of violence, will not be tolerated.
  5. will not be tolerated. Unruly or disruptive behavior
  6. Profanity and other abusive language or gestures are prohibited.
  7. Public intoxication is prohibited and is cause for removal from the Fairgrounds
  8. Underage consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited and is cause for removal from the Fairgrounds.
  9. Dress Code: Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times. Clothing with offensive language, obscene gestures/graphics, nudity or clothing that does not sufficiently cover undergarments are prohibited.
  10. Any person violating this Code of Conduct may be removed from the Fairgrounds.
  11. No illegal drugs allowed.

SOLANO COUNTY FAIR ASSOCIATION GUIDELINES FOR THE 2023 FAIR

The Solano County Fair Association welcomes you to the Solano County Fairgrounds In order to ensure the safety, security and enjoyment of our guests, each person entering the Fairgrounds is required to comply with our Code of Conduct. The Solano County Fair Association reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. The Solano County Fairgrounds is smoke free. Smoking or vaping is not allowed except in the designated smoking area.

The following items may not be brought onto the Fairgrounds:

  1. Weapons of any kind or any item determined to be a weapon by Security Staff. Examples include sharp objects, pocket-knives, scissors, firearms, pepper spray, clubs or batons. Persons possessing a Concealed Carry Permit are not allowed to carry their weapons on the grounds. Note: Off-duty law enforcement personnel’s firearms are exempt from this prohibition and are required to present their official law enforcement credentials to Security Staff when entering the grounds.
  2. Glass bottles, metal cans or beverage containers, alcoholic beverages of any kind.
  3. Aerial drones or remotely controlled surveillance devices.
  4. Skateboards, roller blades, roller shoes, bicycles or scooters.
  5. Illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, narcotics or illegal substances.
  6. Outside food or drinks.
  7. Coolers or ice chests. Note: Small coolers used for baby supplies or medication are acceptable.
  8. Chairs of any kind.
  9. Pets, with the exception of Service Animals. Comfort Animals are not allowed.
  10. Advertising or promotional materials, signs, posters that are not expressly approved by the Solano County Fair Association. *

County Code Chapter 16-10 Curfew

No person under the age of eighteen (18) years shall loiter in or about any public street or other place open to the public in the unincorporated territory of the County of Solano between the hours of 10:00 pm and the time of sunrise the following day when not accompanied by the minor’s parent, guardian or other adult person having the legal care, custody and control of such person, or spouse of such person over twenty-one (21) years of age.
