Rental Inquiry Form

The Renter shall not issue or release any publicity, promotional materials, or announcements of any kind prior to the execution of this Agreement by all parties. All publicity related to any commercial activity conducted on the grounds must receive prior written approval from SCFA before publication.

Any date for which a fully executed contract has not been received shall be subject to release on the twenty-ninth (29th) day prior to the scheduled event date, and any deposit paid shall be forfeited.
